People Advisor

If so, we have a great HR Advisory role based in Southampton that you might be interested in… The Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to be working exclusively with a longstanding client in looking for a permanent People Advisor based in Southampton. The main purpose of this role is to support the HR team in the provision of an effective advisory and administrative service across the business. Some of the key responsibilities include; * Providing a first stage ER advisory service providing guidance and advice to colleague’s and managers * Researching, collating and analysing data. Making recommendations where appropriate * Providing HR administrative support for the business, including minute taking * Supporting the Business Partners on projects You will be at least CIPD level 3 qualified with a general understanding of employment law, excellent IT skills including experience of HR and Payroll systems. You will be personable, enthusiastic and confident in your approach and abilities. In return our client is offering a hybrid working arrangement (2 days working from home), a salary of up to £35,000 DOE, with benefits including generous holiday entitlement, company pension, plus lots more!
