My client are a leading CRO specializing in full-service clinical research from Phase I to Phase IV. They are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Manager to join their remote team and help drive their growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering their services to a broader market. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare sectors using a range of digital tools, databases, and industry networks. Develop and execute lead generation strategies to build a strong sales pipeline for their Medical’s full-service Phase I-IV clinical trial offerings. Conduct outreach via phone calls, emails, virtual meetings, webinars, and social media to introduce their services and capabilities to prospective clients. Qualify leads, understand client needs, and match them with their service offerings. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and prospects by providing consistent, valuable communication and follow-ups. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and closing of deals while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, regulatory affairs, data management, and project management, to ensure client needs are met. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B setting. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of motivation and productivity.
