You'll be at the heart of Forsyth Barnes' growth and success, tackling a diverse range of projects with full autonomy over our Nottingham office. You'll drive efficiency and innovation, while also contributing to exciting company-wide initiatives that will propel Forsyth Barnes to new heights.Responsibilities include:Carrying out office management duties, such as ensuring office is maintained at high standard, beer fridges and refreshments are stocked up in our Nottingham office.Tech support – Ensuring all software and hardware is working, troubleshooting any problems and liaising with our 3rd party tech providers as and when neededSet up of new hires and leaver managementAutomaton enhancement – Working with external parties to enhance and improve automation for; building our CRM, obtaining leads and contact information, sensing out of contact placements, etc.GDPR- Ensuring we are following GDPR guidelines and all data on our CRM is compliant.Management of shared mailbox requestsSupport business with lead management of target clients and email campaignsSupport customer care with contracts when cover is requiredProject support including, IT moves or enhancements, new automation processes, office moves / expansionsSkills Required:Excellent communication and stakeholder managementAmbitious nature – keen to progress!IT Management – tech savvy & able to manage our external suppliersCommercial AcumenOrganisedProblem solverWhat’s in it for you?A clear, fast track progression path from day one with clear targets and objectives to achieve and reach your promotion.High Rewards - We’re big believers in enabling you to live life to the fullest by rewarding success with “Money-can’t-buy, unique experiences” which include; Michelin star meals, 5* all-inclusive holidays (Vegas/ Miami/ Dubai) and incredible experience days (sky diving/ sports & music events/ shopping sprees)Close knit, sociable cultureAbility to boost your earnings with our Bonus structure!
