System Engineer

We are seeking a skilled System Engineer to join our client in Basildon. Key Responsibilities of the System Engineer : Design PLC-based electrical control systems from technical specification s.Program PLCs, touchscreens, safety configurable relay systems, and integrate vision system s.Configure remote I/O, servo motors, and inverter drive s.Collaborate with electricians and panel builders to design, build, and commission control system s.Fault-find electrical control systems, including PLC and hardwired system s.Provide commissioning, support, and service both at the factory and on-site at customer locations worldwid e. Essential Requirements needed for this Automation Technician positi on: Formal Electrical Engineering qualifica tionStrong understanding of electrical drawings and control panel specification/des ign.Knowledge of PLC programming, touchscreen interfaces, and control syst ems.Familiarity with vision and SCADA syst ems. Personal Attrib utes: Ability to work effectively in a varied and dynamic role.Willingness to travel internationally to support our customer base.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to d etail.
