HRLife is excited to be looking for a Swedish speaking HR Generalist for this matrix business going through some exciting change to support a specific client group in Europe. If you're proactive and commercial with some previous HR generalist experience and are either operating at HRBP or aspiring to develop into a HRBP role, then we'd love to hear from you.This will be a broad generalist role encompassing the day-to-day elements but will also have a high content of HR project work. Working closely with the wider HR team you’ll help shape and create things from scratch, embed new ways of working and be looking for continual improvement and streamlining. This is a role that will give you the opportunity to partner with the business, be instrumental in offering advice and guidance to your dedicated client group and develop the HR offering.A busy role working to elevate the People offering, it will include:Plenty of relationship building, engaging with the key stakeholders covering a broad spectrum of generalist HR activities encompassing ER, Restructuring, L&D, Performance Management, Talent Management and Reward & Recognition.Providing commercial advice on a range of HR issues, upskilling and coaching managers on ER matters. Really developing their HR knowledge base.Developing a first-class employee experience from supporting health and wellbeing to shaping and designing learning and development initiatives.Continuously improving processes and policies to reflect best practices and support the employee experience.Project work including an HRIS upgrade.We’re looking for someone who enjoys working closely with the business, can work in a collaborative HR team, passionate about creating a people-centric HR offering. In addition, you’ll be:be a fluent Swedish speakerprevious experience of working in a commercial businessUsed to working in a broad generalist role with a good grounding in employment law.Able to demonstrate previous HR project experience.Familiar with utilising data to help make credible business decisions.HRIS savvy.Happy to work a hybrid pattern, 3 days a week in the office
