With fantastic resources specifically designed for SEN students, you'll have everything you need to thrive in your role. We take pride in our specialised facilities and experienced team, all focused on providing the best care and education for children with autism (ASD) and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. Our school believes in the importance of creating a nurturing environment where children who have experienced trauma can feel safe and supported. We also offer extensive staff support and training, ensuring you have the tools and guidance to make a real impact. You'll be joining a close-knit team that values collaboration, innovation, and care. Application Requirements: • Experience working with children with autism and SEMH needs. • A compassionate and patient approach, with an understanding of trauma-informed practice. • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and SEN professionals. • Enthusiasm for supporting the development of children with special educational needs. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
