Community Paediatric Nurse

We are looking for a Paediatric Nurse to join a leading home care provider. This Community Paediatric Nurse role is in the Southampton catchment area and offers a competitive salary of up to £37,960, a fully expensed company car, private healthcare cover and more excellent benefits.

Working in close partnership with the NHS, you will be working for an industry-leading company which provides a catalogue of care services to patients nationwide, with this particular role focusing on delivering IV therapy for children in the comfort of their own homes.
In this Community Paediatric Nurse role you will:

• Work hours of Mon Fri / 8am 5:30pm
• Oversee a caseload of approximately 4 5 patients per day providing excellent standards of education and clinical care
• Be an ambassador for delivering patient-focused care
• Building long-lasting relationships with patients, carers and stakeholders to aid and support treatment & recovery
• Clinical skills needed for this role include sub-cutaneous injections, cannulation and phlebotomy
