Quantity Surveyor

My client are a specialist civil engineering sub-contractor delivering a wide range of services on projects throughout the UK. They have worked with a number of leading tier 1 contractors and clients, gaining an excellent reputation for providing high quality results. They are seeking an ambitious and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their team. As the Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered to budget. Your duties will include: Reviewing project costs for accuracy and addressing any discrepancies. Evaluating, pricing, negotiating, and finalising budgets and costs for project scope changes Developing and maintaining procurement schedules. Preparing bills of quantities and schedules of works to facilitate accurate project pricing. CVR reporting.Requirements: Experience of working within the civil engineering sector Degree qualified in quantity surveying/or similar (HNC, etc) (Desirable) Strong analytical and communication skills.
