You will be a trusted advisor and partner to the leadership team, providing excellent support and guidance across all areas of your business unit. This is a hybrid working role, with the option to work from home 2 days per week.

Description
The HR Business Partner will:
- Deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business
- Maintain and develop HR policies, ensuring needs of the business and employment law are considered at all times
- Drive performance management processes, working with line managers to up-skill and change behaviours
- Implement and monitor ongoing HR performance indicators
- Support change management processes
Profile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
- CIPD Level 5 or above
- Proven HR generalist experience at Business Partner level
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Proficiency in employment law
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent people management skills
- Ability to design and implement HR strategies
- High level of integrity and professionalism
