Key Responsibilities: Support the Social Media Managers with day-to-day campaign management for clients. Assist in creating social-first content, including writing captions and developing impactful hashtags to increase social media visibility. Stay updated on industry trends and leverage current social media trends to enhance content. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive content strategies. Assist in project coordination, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and meet client expectations. What We're Looking For: 1-3 years of experience in social media, marketing, or a sales role, preferably within an agency or well-known brand. (Leisure or Hospitality sector would be a bonus) Experience with platforms like TikTok and Instagram. A proven track record of creating engaging content for brands and a passion for all things social. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in reporting and presenting. Attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines. Knowledge of paid social media, influencer marketing, and content strategy. Great organisational skills and a solution-focused approach to problem-solving. Benefits: Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 (with flexibility for exceptional candidates).
