Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diagnosing and repairing faults in Secure Innovation products across multiple service offerings
  • Completing routine maintenance and ensuring all work is documented accurately
  • Liaising with senior management and other team members to meet service targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensuring high standards of operational performance, including improving first-time fix rates
  • Escalating unresolved issues to team leaders for further action
  • Participating in team meetings and completing any additional training as required
  • Keeping the work environment safe, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations
  • Travelling to customer sites as needed to provide on-site maintenance and repairs

What we re looking for:

  • Experience using basic hand tools confidently. Experience in PCB soldering is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly

Location: Bourne, UK Training: Attend a mandatory two-week induction at our Head Office in Saltash, Cornwall, followed by further training as needed
Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week (Monday-Thursday 08:00-17:00, Friday 08:00-13:00)
Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 (depending on experience)
