We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Chef de Partie to work alongside our award-winning Head Chef and join our pre-opening team at Sachi, one of Sunset Hospitality Groups first UK opening. The Role As Chef de Partie you will oversee a section in the kitchen, ensuring the preparation and presentation of dishes meets expected standards. You will contribute ideas for menu development and innovation, support in training of new team members, and maintain the highest standards. About You Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a luxury, Michelin-starred, or destination restaurant Experience within a Japanese restaurant desirable Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredient handling and kitchen equipment Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to wo maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively to ensure smooth flow of service Highly organised with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Passion for food, working with high quality ingredients, and hospitality This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who holds genuine passion for hospitality, wants to be a part of a global lifestyle brand and above all enjoys all things people. ****Candidates must have right to work in the UK**** Sunset Hospitality Group is an equal opportunity employer.
