Sales Account Manager
Full time, permanent
Hybrid 2 to 3 times a week in Oxford Office
Salary: £30-40k DOE plus commission (uncapped)

GHM Care, a specialized division of GHM Communications Ltd, is dedicated to supporting the unique technological needs of the care industry, ensuring that care homes and healthcare facilities can operate smoothly and provide the best possible care to their residents and patients. They are now looking for a proactive Sales Account Manager with a passion for technology, to join their thriving IT Manage Services sales team. You will have the opportunity to sell their IT managed services product set and wider proposition to current accounts and new business prospects in both the Care Industry and B2B marketplace.
Sales Account Manager , the role:
Managing current IT Services clients
Identifying new business opportunities with potential clients
Cold Calling and Lead Hunting
Overseeing selling Software as a Service
Using current customer base to increase average revenue per customer
Developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
Collaborating with the marketing team to identify market trends and tailor offerings
Preparing sales reports and forecasts for management review
Attending industry events, conferences, and networking events to generate leads
Negotiating contract terms with clients and communicating terms to stakeholders
Expanding new revenue streams and increasing market share
Sales Account Manager , the person:
In-depth understanding of selling and managing IT/Software Services is a must
Proven sales management experience and track record of successfully achieving targets set
Excellent customer service attitude, capable in building and nurturing customer relationships
Commercially aware and familiar with generating new business in a B2B environment
Confident in increasing annuity revenue within a business
Proactive and dynamic, with can do attitude
Strong communication and time management skills
