Position: Vehicle Paint-Sprayer / Prepper

Location: Birmingham (Wolverhampton, Perry Barr, Walsall)
Salary: Up to £46,800 + Overtime Available
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am - 5pm (Day Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition following approved methods
• Prepping vehicles for paint (masking, sanding, priming)
• Spray painting vehicles using water-based paints
• Checking and matching paint colours accurately
• Supporting the bodyshop team as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role (Bodyshop Technician, Painter, or Prepper)
• Full UK or EU Driving Licence (manual and automatic)
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
