Pure Resourcing are delighted to be working with a renowned and ultra successful high net worth financial services provider. They are looking to recruit an exceptional and polished New Homes Mortgage Adviser / Mortgage Broker to join their team. You will be responsible for providing mortgage advice to New Homes clients in the Midlands.
This is an exciting and rewarding role providing specialist mortgage advice in the areas of New Homes. You will provide professional and bespoke mortgage advice to a wide range or clientele, ranging from First Time Buyers to seasoned Property Investors.
Experience required:
- CeMAP qualified or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years mortgage broking experience
- New Homes experience essential
- Highly motivated.
- Good communicator and well presented.
- Comfortable dealing with HNW and Ultra HNW clients.
Up to £41k basic + Uncapped Commission
