We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Digital & Brand Content Specialist! At IRIS, we are committed to enhancing our digital presence and elevating our brand visibility, and we’re looking for a dynamic individual to help us achieve these goals. What will you be doing? Content Strategy Development Develop and execute a robust content strategy that aligns with IRIS’s brand vision, business goals, and target audience. Identify and create compelling content pillars and themes that engage our audiences and differentiate IRIS in the market. Keep abreast of industry trends, B2B marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our content strategy remains cutting-edge and effective. Content Creation and Management Oversee the production of high-quality, engaging content across various digital platforms, including white papers, case studies, blogs, social media, websites, and video content. Collaborate with internal teams such as demand marketing, product marketing, and creative, as well as external partners, to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and achieves measurable results. Manage the editorial calendar using Asana to ensure timely and consistent delivery of content that supports B2B marketing campaigns and business objectives. Brand Storytelling Craft and refine IRIS’s B2B brand story, ensuring it is compellingly communicated through all content channels. Develop key messaging frameworks tailored to different audience segments and decision-maker personas. Work closely with senior leaders to ensure cohesive storytelling across all customer touchpoints. Performance Tracking and Optimization Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for content initiatives and analyze content performance using analytics tools. Optimize content strategies based on data insights to enhance engagement, lead generation, conversion rates, and brand loyalty. Report on content effectiveness and adapt strategies to meet evolving business needs. Collaboration and Influence Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure content efforts are aligned with overall company objectives. Influence both internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain content consistency and alignment with strategic goals. Act as a content expert, providing guidance on best practices and innovative approaches to content creation.
