We're looking for an Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. You'll perform business administrative duties within our recruitment team including resourcing for candidates, working on phone and email, elements of customer service, and some marketing and administration. Day-to-day activities include: Candidate attraction & marketing: producing email marketing to candidates inc automation, advertising vacancies, visiting job fairs/centres, speaking to candidates on phone, and interviewing candidates for suitability. Candidate placement: fulfilling compliance procedures, maintaining candidate relationships through 'touchpoints - i.e., keeping in touch via email marketing, and phone work.Desired skills/qualifications: Communication - strong speaking and writing skills, sales, customer service, and IT skills. A people person with strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
