You will have experience as a Product Development Manager, with a passion for beauty, and good understanding of the process needed to bring exciting and innovative new products to highly engaged consumers. Build consumer insight and response into all development programmes ensuring that new products delight our consumers. Project manage new product development programmes via these partners. Packaging Design: Work closely with nominated creative agencies to develop all necessary pack and graphic requirements. Data Analytics: Utilise data to monitor performance and KPI’s of new products, building learning into future product development programmes Be a key partner to colleagues across the organisation, working closely with finance, supply chain, customer service and marketing teams as necessary to improve our efficiency and performance. 3- 5 years of product development experience, in the beauty and personal care industry. ~ Good aesthetic sense, with ability to contribute to the creative direction on key programmes ~ Ability to create amazing concepts and bring forward a lot of fresh new ideas for new product launches. ~ Pro-active, organised, detail-oriented with good project-management skills. ~ We are based in Central London - We offer a hybrid working model, based on the requirements of the role.
