As an Account Manager you'll be vital to the success of the sales team, developing leads into specifications that will become projects. This is the life blood of the business and there are already plans to build a team around you. You will use information from the sales support team to create a pipeline for the business. You will need to be happy in a customer facing role and have a passion for construction. You'll enjoy a hybrid work environment after probation, with a supportive team and opportunities for upskilling and career advancement, including the option to transition into the engineering field.
