SAP Transformation Director - Hybrid - circa £150,000 base plus bonus and benefits* Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time. This is a unique opportunity to join one of the fastest growing SAP practices in the UK as a VP working with a number of FTSE 100 companies. You will be leading projects in some of the most cutting-edge SAP solutions including S/4; CX; Ariba; SuccessFactors and UX. You will need to undertake SC clearance which means you need to have been resident in the UK for the last 5 years with no more than 28 days out of the country at a time. As a SAP Transformation Director, you will lead engagements to transform client's businesses throughout the lifecycle of a programme. From shaping propositions in the pre-sales cycle and in providing advisory services to clients, through to delivering Programmes of work and embedding the change within the business. You will work with new and existing clients across various industries and be responsible for business and IT change of large SAP programmes and sales that enable complex new business or provide large scale improvements in how a business operates.
