General Manager

Role: General Manager Salary: £40,000 (+ uncapped bonus + shared service charge + profit share) Hours: 45 hours+ (Full time) - hours between 12-1am Location: Cardiff We're working with one of Cardiff’s most well-known and long standing establishments who are going through some planned expansion to their Restaurant group, and we need a highly motivated professional to join them! We want an experienced or up and coming General Manager who has already worked within the field (preferably within Restaurants or Cocktails Bars), who can help deliver high standards of service for their guests and assist with efficient day-to-day management of the team. Key Responsibilities: * Manage all day-to-day food & beverage operations * Elevate the food and cocktail experience through new menus and events * Supervise, manage and coach team members * Introduce exciting culinary and drinks experiences * Devise strategies for brand expansion and new projects * Evaluating current operations and implementing improvements * Crafting social media campaigns for increased brand visibility * Exploring partnerships for business growth, including events and street food operations Collaborating closely with the head office to enhance in-house operations * Use online systems for recording and managing team onboarding, absences, annual leave, rostering and recruitment.
