Working Hours: Full-time, term-time only.Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant: Provide one-on-one and group support to children with SEN, helping them access the curriculum and reach their learning goals. Adapt learning activities to meet the needs of individual students, using strategies that promote engagement and development. Assist with the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs), working closely with the SENCO and classroom teachers. Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported. Monitor progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents, helping to tailor future learning activities.We're Looking For in an SEN Teaching Assistant: Experience working with children with SEN, particularly Autism, ADHD, or other learning difficulties. A patient, caring, and proactive approach to supporting students' needs. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff.
