Your expertise will be key in delivering five-star level meals, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation. Additionally, you'll play a vital role in mentoring and developing junior chefs, fostering their growth and skills within the team. You'll also provide essential support to the wider kitchen team by overseeing food preparation and production, ensuring seamless service across all areas. Your personality, experience and qualifications To be considered for this Sous Chef role, you should ideally be experienced and comfortable working in a 4- or 5-star environment, preparing high-quality meals for a variety of functions. You should be a strong team player, capable of motivating and leading the kitchen staff, and stepping in for the Head Chef when required.
