PSD Job Title: Property Project Manager (refurbishment / Development) - Client Side Leisure
My client is a leading player in the licensed leisure industry with a strong portfolio of pubs, restaurants, and boutique hotels. We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee the development and refurbishment of its extensive property portfolio within the southeast.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement annual development programs and budgets in collaboration with the Head of Property.
Project Management: Coordinate and manage major development projects, including budgeting, specification, and supervision of works.
Financial Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution and value for money.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all statutory regulations, including planning, environmental health, health and safety, and building regulations.
Manage external consultants and contractors to secure the best value and quality services.
Refurbishments: Oversee refurbishment projects, minimizing closures and maximizing efficiency.
Strong project management skills, including budgeting, planning, and execution.
