Care Home Deputy Manager Ayr £23.50- £24.50p/h 40 hours per week Are you a Senior Nurse looking for the next step in your career? Are you A Deputy Manager in a Nursing home environment looking to join a leading care provider in the Ayrshire area? A highly reputable care provider is looking for an exceptional Deputy Care Home Manager to support the Home Manager at their highly rated Care home located in the Ayr area. The home is a large Nursing home with a fantastic home manager, that caters for the elderly and those living with dementia. The home has an experienced manager who has an open door' leadership style & is needing a Deputy Care Home Manager to support in terms of staffing/rota's, supervisions, auditing & care planning whilst providing hands on care to the residents who benefit from an array of activities, a variety of catering options & a dedicated & passionate care team who you will help manage. This role is full time, 40 hours per week on a rota basis including on call & includes 11 hours supernumerary shifts per week & they are happy to consider non nurses for the role.
