C++ Developer (Trading)

We are working with one of the leading global quantitative trading firms. They are looking to add an exceptional engineer to the team that is responsible for building all of their systems / network for their market-making activities and covers all of their proprietary technology. The team is responsible for everything from interpreting arriving market data to dispatching their orders. They pride themselves as a tech first company and for that reason, don't need candidates with finance experience. They need strong engineers who have an instinct for low-level engineering (C/C++). Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field Strong development experience with Modern C++, Python knowledge is beneficial Lots of experience with low-level concepts, for example, x86, compilers, operating systems, Assembler, Verilog, ASICs, Linux Kernel Practical experience designing and implementing software systems is a plus.
