Role Overview: As a Senior Microsoft Security Architect, you will lead the secure design, implementation, and development of our client's M365 environment. Your goal? To develop and enforce policies that ensure the security and availability of M365 applications. Key Responsibilities: Design and architect a secure M365 environment, maintaining top cybersecurity standards. Lead the adoption of advanced Microsoft cloud security technologies across the firm. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Microsoft security suite, with a focus on Defender for Cloud, Defender for Identity, and Defender for Office 365. Essential Criteria: Experience: Proven track record in securely adopting Microsoft security services for M365. Skills: Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender Suite, including Defender for Cloud, Defender for Office, Defender for Identity, and Defender for Cloud Apps. Expertise: Strong knowledge of integrating identity and access management controls within the M365 framework. Capabilities: Ability to architect and implement event management and secure logging for M365 services. Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Purview integrated data security services, including data encryption, classification, and labeling. Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID governance and the ability to provide executive-level reports on M365 security posture and compliance.
