Caretaker/ School Maintenance

Pay - £16 Location - Birmingham Hours - Full-time, split shift basis Start date -Immediate. The roles we offer will vary in set hours throughout the whole school day to a split shift basis. We have a range of temporary and permanent roles available. As a full time or temporary caretaker the school will expect; * Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the school * Ensure specified maintenance is carried out * Fire alarm testing * Various cleaning tasks and inspections throughout the day * Report and record any repairs and ensure the solution is carried out in a safe and timely fashion * Opening and locking the premises. You will be required to fully register with Aspire people providing a Right to work documents along with obtaining an enhanced child workforce DBS that will be processes by us at a cost of £42.70 (unless you already have one registered on the update service) Please only apply if you are able to do this.
