Very excited to be recruiting for this fantastic tech start-up in London They're on the hunt for their first ever Sales Development Representative / Junior Account Manager to help them grow their client base after having already seen some fantastic success. The Company A software company that helps their clients to build a strong community spirit internally, ultimately by revolutionising their internal communications. Born out of frustration from 3 women who knew there was a better way to bring people within a community together, they’ve gone from strength to strength and have just launched a new, bespoke product - described on the more “creative” side of SaaS. The Role The sales role itself is quality, not quantity, focused, and is perfect for someone with some sales experience who wants to make an impact quickly, while also playing a hand in account management and customer success activities too. Reaching out to potential customers through creative emails, LinkedIn and calling Building lasting relationships with potential customers and prospects Managing inbound leads and qualifying them in or out Adapting to different types of clients Helping clients set up on the platform and ensuring they are getting use out of it Generating leads from existing clients Reporting on sales targets and working closely with the founders & leadership Who You Are Sales experience, ideally within software/tech Able to communicate clearly and adapt your communication style ENERGY Able to craft creative and catchy outbound emails Adaptable and tenacious Willing to come up with new ideas and give them a go Willing to work in a changing start-up environment This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to step into a varied sales role, where you’ll quickly be introduced to various parts of the sales-cycle and truly drive results in the business.
