Essential Ingredients   Previous experience of operating at a management level within a distribution company (advantageous) Previous experience as a Team Manager, or Key Operative with experience in managing teams, coaching and mentoring  Prior use of Distribution systems, processes & Operator Licence/Tachograph/ WTD regulations. Good working knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment and Food Safety Legislation / BRC standards. Strong communication skills, articulate and able to develop effective, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and peers. Analytical and organised in approach with good problem-solving skills.   The Recipe   As the Warehouse Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Widnes warehouse.  You will lead a team of warehouse team members, overseeing their activities, setting performance goals and driving a culture of excellence.  Your strategic thinking and operational expertise will help us maintain the highest standards in ensuring the freshest products are delivered on time and in full to our customers. About Us   Our Widnes Depot is a short drive from Junction 7 of the M62 and 3 miles away from Runcorn Station. Opened in September 2021, we now run 40 routes with over 100 colleagues in distribution and our warehouse team!
