Join a dynamic SEND school and gain valuable experience in a supportive educational environment. Responsibilities: Provide support to students with emotional, behavioural, and social challenges. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure students' needs are met. Develop intervention plans and track student progress. Engage in team meetings to plan effective support strategies. Help promote mental health and well-being within the school. Requirements: A degree in Psychology or related field (or currently studying). Enthusiasm for working with children. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Previous school or child-centred experience is an advantage.
