Job Title: Cover Supervisor Location: Epsom Introduction: A vibrant and welcoming secondary school in the Epsom area and committed to providing a high-quality education are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Cover Supervisor. No qualifications needed but a passion to work in education and experience working with children desired. About the role: * Receive and register each class on arrival. * Communicate the work set by the class teacher to students. * Distribute resources and ensure their safe and careful use. * Maintain good order in the classroom. * Collect resources and work at the end of the lesson The school is looking for: * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Commitment to working collaboratively as a team player. * Boundless enthusiasm and a positive outlook in all aspects of the role. * Personal integrity and the drive to do what is best for the students. * Confident in dealing with students of all age groups in an appropriate manner. * Follow the sanctions process consistently with students as required. * A willingness to show initiative and imagination to solve problems
