Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a team of chefs and selected inmates to deliver three meals daily
• Oversee and support enhanced inmates working in the kitchen
• Work closely with prisoner workforces, assisting them in meal preparation and cooking
• Take charge of preparing quality dishes following a pre-set menu
• Ensure efficient and precise food production according to recipe guidelines
