The Project Manager's Role
The ideal Project Manager will oversee renovations of offices, retailers, and homes along with related tenant fit-out and public realm infrastructure projects that can value up to 15m.

The Project Manager Requirements
- Degree related to Project Management
- MRICS qualified (Desirable)
- At least 2 years previous experience working for a consultancy firm.
- Previous experience working within Office, Retail, or Residential Refurbishments (Desirable)
- Understanding of commercial landlord and tenant relationships
