Senior Process Engineer

Senior Process Engineer Toro Recuritment is currently seeking a Senior Process Engineer. Key Responsibilities of Senior Process Engineer: * Deliver a pipeline of new plant projects, ensuring effective design and execution from pre-FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) through to FEED stages. * Design new plants on-site using SolidWorks, Asysy, and Unisym software. * Work on process design, including Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), ensuring compliance with industry standards. * Define and manage battery limits within Inside Battery Limits (ISBL) and Outside Battery Limits (OSBL) scope. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of process systems into the overall plant design. * Provide technical support during project execution and commissioning stages. * Continuously develop expertise in our client’s technology, contributing to innovation and improvement efforts. Qualifications and Experience: * Proven experience working on process engineering projects from pre-FEED and FEED stages, ideally within new process plants. * Proficient in process design using SolidWorks, Asysy, and Unisym software. * Strong knowledge of P&IDs, ISBL, and OSBL. * Experience in plant design, with the ability to deliver complex engineering projects. * A passion for clean energy and sustainable solutions. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. * Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies. * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
