Working Supervisor - Retrofit

Working Supervisor Supervisor Resourcing Group is working with large national contractor, specialising in completing retrofit works in privately owned homes. THe company self deliver as much as possible and carry out energy efficiency works including solar panel installations, external and internal installations as well as air source heat pump installations also. Operating in occupied homes, the contractor is in need of an experienced Supervisor who is also quite multi skilled with the ability to carry out different planned maintenance, supporting the specialist teams carrying out the works outlined above. Knowledge and experience of retrofit is preferred. The role: Working on multiple sites, liaising with the customer to manage expectations, being of point of escalation and contact as well as the liaison between the contractor and the customer to ensure a smooth running of each contract from inception to completion. Surveying properties pre contract and post, prior to property hand over. This is a very customer focused role. The role offers a company van, fuel card and genuine security as well as longevity.
