Aspire are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join our vibrant team on a day-to-day basis, providing essential support in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: * Adapt and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with a range of SEN. * Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth. * Work closely with teaching assistants and other staff to ensure every child receives the support they need. * Monitor progress, providing regular feedback to both students and their parents/guardians. * Implement individual education plans (IEPs) to help each student reach their full potential. Requirements: * PGCE/QTS or equivalent SEN teaching qualification is mandatory. * Previous experience working with children with SEN is preferred. * Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards helping students succeed. * Ability to adapt quickly and manage a variety of learning needs.
