Residential Conveyancer

Residential Conveyancer / Full time / Permanent / Up to £50,000 DOE Our client, a leading law firm, is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their team on a full-time permanent basis in their Kent office. To be considered for this role you should be experienced in all aspects of residential freehold and leasehold conveyancing and be confident in running your own file load. Role and Responsibilities: Managing a caseload of residential freehold and leasehold conveyancing matters from instruction to completion Handling files independently or with minimal supervision Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements Providing exceptional service to clients and maintaining high professional standards Mange the file from opening through to completion Cover remortgages, transfers, lease extensions and releases of equity Communicate and work well with a small and close-knit team Essential Skills: At least three years of experience in a similar role as a Residential Conveyancer Experienced in running your own caseload Able to work in a fast-paced team Understand and deliver exceptional client care Be very organised and self-motivated Package: £35,000 - £50,000 base salary dependent on experience Chatham office location Great career growth opportunity Working for a well-established law firm with qualification funding 25 days annual leave Residential Conveyancer / Full time / Permanent / Up to £50,000 DOE TPBN1_UKTJ
