Job description Position: Compliance Assistant Location: Wellingborough Hours: 9:30AM - 3PM - Monday to Friday About the business: My client is looking for a Compliance Assistant to be based on site in Wellingborough. Their quality team are responsible for maintaining and implementing their quality management systems and working practices required to meet the necessary requirements to be certificated to BRCGS for packaging materials. This role is a fantastic opportunity to join a small team and learn new skills. My client will provide full training. My client produces a variety of packaging, mainly for the retail sector. This includes self-adhesive labels, linerless labels, as well as printed folded cartons. The team are above all friendly and hardworking. All staff also offer a wealth of excellent experience and knowledge to share. Responsibilities of a Compliance Assistant: · To maintain the documented Quality Management systems to ensure all procedure and policies are adhered to. · To ensure that we are fully compliant in quality, legality and safety. · Ensure documents are updated accordingly and controlled. · To complete daily walk rounds to ensure all sites are compliant. · To ensure our supplier documents are maintained. · To complete site audits · To support new starters by organising locker's, new uniforms etc. · To complete customer Questionnaires and provide the relevant information Skills & Requirements for a Compliance Assistant: · Be reliable and Hardworking · Motivated and conscientious work ethic. · Must be competent on word and excel.
