We are working with a rapidly - growing construction consultancy firm who are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their established team in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. They are looking for a highly organised Quantity Surveyor who enjoys working on challenging projects, relishes on making an impact through their work, and enjoys working in a motivated and passionate team.

The ideal Quantity Surveyor will possess:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
  • Relevant experience in a similar consultancy environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
  • Have a full UK driving license and a car.

Daily responsibilities of the successful Quantity Surveyor:

  • Delivery of projects.
  • Pre and Post contract services.
  • Manage project coordination and project reporting.
  • Attend site inspections and site meetings.
  • Attend and minute project meetings.
  • Administer Contracts.
  • Procure services and works on behalf of our Clients and projects.
  • Support to junior member of the team and senior staff.
