Assistant Site Manager

My client is an award winning regional building contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering projects on time and to budget. Due to an increased workload they are looking to recruit an experienced No.2 Site manager to join the business on a full time permanent basis. Ideally you will have forged your career to date with a regional or national contractor and will have assisted on projects to £5m. Typically sectors covered by my client include commercial builds, industrial sheds and some leisure builds. Due to the nature of the work this would not suit managers with predominantly residential backgrounds. You may be required to travel into West Yorkshire projects depending.
