Your Role In your first year, you will: Source and interview candidates for both temporary and permanent positions. Create professional CV profiles for client marketing. Collaborate with our sales teams to place candidates. Meet weekly targets and KPIs set by your manager. Earn commission for your hard work and achievements from day one. Support and Mentorship You'll receive ongoing support from your team manager, our expert training team, and a dedicated mentor.
