STOCK DISTRIBUTION OPERATIVE Ai Services (NI) Ltd Newtownabbey / Northern Ireland Salary scale: £23,500-£25,000 per annum (pro rata) Part time permanent position 20 hours per week initially, with possible potential to increase to full time in the future Closing date for applications: Friday, 15th November 2024 Due to continued expansion, Ai Services (NI) wish to recruit an industrious individual to join our team, based at our Ballycraigy A.I. Centre, Newtownabbey. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate stock control and orders of frozen bovine semen into and from our central store, including orders for sub-centres, produce from our Stud facility, imports and exports. He/she will also be required to deliver semen, liquid nitrogen and consumables to sub-centres throughout Northern Ireland, as well as maintaining levels of liquid nitrogen in our large storage tanks at Ballycraigy, Newtownabbey. There is a certain physical challenge to the job with each dispensing unit weighing approx. 20 kgs. Full training will be given in the safe handling of liquid nitrogen and handling and storage of straws of bull semen. Essential Criteria: Computer literacy / proficiency in the use of IT systems Full driving licence (maximum 3 points) High level of manual dexterity Excellent record keeping Flexible and able to work as part of a team Full job description and application form available on our website.
