Senior Sous Chef
48 hours per week

Requirements
Experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fine dining establishment.
Leadership and team management abilities, being a leader from the front
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
A passion for food and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
Knowledge of British fine dining cooking as well as French cooking techniques
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Chef in menu development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and current food trends.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with health regulations.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
