Job Title: CNC Machinist (5-Axis)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set and operate a 5-axis CNC ABB machine tool used for shot peening. This is a full-time role with an immediate start. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with 5-axis CNC machines and a working knowledge of the Fanuc control system. Full training on the machine will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate a 5-axis CNC ABB machine for shot peening.
• Utilize the Fanuc control system to manage and adjust machining processes.
• Ensure high levels of precision and quality control in machining operations.
• Follow health, safety, and operational guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure consistent production standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with 5-axis CNC machining.
• Familiarity with Fanuc control systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
• Ability to work a 50-hour workweek.
