Respond to emergency calls and perform repairs as needed. Perform routine testing of fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and emergency lighting. Inspect and maintain building exteriors, including roofs and gutters. Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems. Monitor and maintain water supply and treatment equipment. Provide monthly utility readings and manage inventory of tools and supplies. Coordinate with external contractors for specialised repairs. Ensure residents comply with building rules and regulations. Prepare individual units for new residents through cleaning and minor repairs. Respond promptly to resident inquiries and complaints. Qualifications: Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Experience in building maintenance or a related field preferred. Ability to use maintenance management systems and software. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures. Competitive salary.
