About the Role
As a Panel Beater with us, your key responsibilities will include:
* Expertly repairing and replacing vehicle panels using cutting-edge techniques and equipment.
* Accurately assessing vehicle damage and developing effective repair plans.
* Ensuring seamless integration of new panels and parts with precision and attention to detail.
* Delivering high-quality repairs and finishes that exceed customer expectations.
* Collaborating with your team to meet deadlines and maintain our high standards.
* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace in line with health and safety regulations.
About You
To excel in this role, you should have:
* Proven experience as a Panel Beater or in a similar position within the automotive repair industry.
* Strong knowledge of panel repair techniques, including welding, filling, and finishing.
* Proficiency with relevant tools and equipment, including panel beating and spray painting tools.
* A keen eye for detail and a passion for achieving flawless results.
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Relevant qualifications or certifications (such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) are a plus.
