We are seeking a Lettings Administrator to join our client on a fixed-term contract until August 2025. This is a full-time, hybrid position, ideal for someone with a passion for administration and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support for all aspects of property lettings. * Manage tenant applications, references, and tenancy agreements with precision. * Handle enquiries and support both landlords and tenants with professionalism and efficiency. * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and deadlines. * Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring meticulous attention to detail. About You: * Strong administrative and organisational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. * Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work. * Customer-focused, with experience working with challenging and vulnerable customers, demonstrating patience and understanding. * Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a proactive team player.
