About the Role As a Principal Designer / CDM Advisor, you will provide expert design safety advice to clients, including one of the largest Architectural firms in the UK. You will manage a portfolio of 20+ projects, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and contributing to a wide range of exciting projects. Requirements: NEBOSH Construction Certificate (required) Tech IOSH Membership minimum. APS Membership (required) Degree in a design or technical field (preferred). 2+ years as a Principal Designer / CDM Advisor (preferred).What We Offer: Competitive salary up to £65,000. Bonus.
