Senior Electrical Technician - EV, Motorsport & Automotive - £46k - Northamptonshire I am seeking a a highly skilled Senior Electrical Technician to join my clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have be responsible for constructing, maintaining, and testing production-level assemblies, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality assurance. Role: Senior Electrical Technician Salary: Up to £46k Location: Northampton Sector: EV, Motorsport & Automotive Key Responsibilities: Build, maintain, and test production-level assemblies with a commitment to safety and quality assurance. Play a key role in prototype and pre-production builds, assisting in the development of efficient assembly processes. Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues prior to mass production. Manufacture unique prototype parts while managing workloads to meet project deadlines and objectives. Support product testing and demonstration events, ensuring systems perform to specifications. Maintain detailed build records and documentation of all work performed. Contribute to our engineering capabilities by researching and implementing new technologies. Follow strict health and safety standards, adhering to the 5S methodology. Commit to continuous professional development to enhance technical skills. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in electrical assembly, prototype builds, and troubleshooting. Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and manufacturing processes. Ability to work independently and in a team to meet project objectives. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
